Day 5

So I just decided that I have to skip on the green tea, and have switched to Crystal Light. I figured 5 calories will just have to be added to my diet, and hope it won’t make too much of a difference. And the cool thing, there is Crystal Light with caffeine!
The plan for my meals today is to drink as much as possible and eat half of my lunch as late as possible, and eat the other half as I am getting ready for work. If I get hungry I can eat some of my dinner veggies as a snack, and then eat the rest of my dinner on break.
