I did a lot better at work last night, I can’t believe how much I think about food. I have spent a lot of time wondering what kind of meals to make, which combinations of food will taste the best. I also find that I pretend as I am eating. Melba toast makes a good substitute as croutons, and if you think really hard it also makes a good bun when you are eating meat.
Tonight Marlo and I will have our first weigh in. I lost 4 pounds!! I’m so excited, its working great! It’s great results for such a short time. What an incredible feeling. With most diets that I have tried it takes at least 2 weeks or more to lose this much. I am a very happy girl!
